Access to our services

We try to make our services as accessible as possible to everybody who uses them.

If you'd like information about getting into our buildings - ramps and lifts, for example - contact the Integrated Equality Service.

Information about our translation service, hearing loops, sign language, interpreters, Braille and large print can be found in Interpreters, vision and hearing.

Equality Act 2010

We do our best to comply with the Equality Act 2010  in every aspect of our work. But, if you feel we've fallen short in our duty to make our services accessible to disabled users, do tell us, by using any of the methods described in our Contact page.

For other related information, go to the Equality and Diversity pages in the About Us section.
