eSource is an area of the website just for staff, and it requires a username and password to enter. Logging in allows you access to a wider range of documents and information to help you do your job.

We know that we need to make some significant improvements to consistently deliver high quality clinical care and move to ‘good’ and beyond. We know how hard you are all working on transforming our services and delivering continuous improvements; thank you for your commitment to getting it right, first time, every time. We are all committed to doing better. The executive team has developed a set of key priorities based on the feedback we have received and things we know we must deliver over the next year, so that everyone is clearer about our vision and direction of travel, and where we all need to focus our time and energy.

Collective leadership is an important part of this journey - where all staff feel ready and able to lead change which improves our services and benefits our patients. This includes everyone, whatever their position, role or level of patient contact. We will be co-producing the plan of work for each of our priorities with staff and service users to ensure that we all take responsibility for delivery.
